Some Of Your Questions Answered:
The course is made up of 13 sessions. Each session has a particular theme and builds on the previous work we have done. Sessions can be held weekly, fortnightly or monthly, although fortnightly works well as it offers a chance for you to make noticeable progress.
The sessions are very interactive – I will introduce the theme of the session and then we will discuss this specifically in relation to your life and the goals that you want to achieve.
There will also be work for you to do between sessions. The work is a continuation of our conversation and gives you the chance to think about how it relates to your life in more detail and apply what you have learnt – typically this will take between 1 and 2 hours to do – but the more effort you do put into this work the better your progress will be.
My coaching is very effective as I use the New Insights programme. This programme has been devised, developed and refined by Neil Asher over a period of many years based on his study and learning about human behaviour and the feedback received on the programme.
I have undertaken a very rigorous training programme that includes self study of the coaching programme, assessments at the end of each key topic, an exam and over 50 hours of practice coaching.
I also have access to the New Insights forum for coaches that allows me to interact with them and share hints, tips and best practice so that we can all offer the best possible experience to our clients.
